You have the right to return a non-food item of good quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt if it does not suit you in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or configuration.
Please note that this right does not apply to goods that are individually made-to-order or personalized, as well as goods from the list of non-returnable items.

2. Conditions for Returning Goods of Good Quality
To be eligible for a return of a good quality item, the product must:

• Be returned within the 14-day period.
• Not have been in use, and have no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
• Retain its original presentation, consumer properties, and all tags and labels.
• Include the original packaging and all accessories.
• Include the original sales receipt or another document confirming payment.

3. Returning Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange under the warranty.
